The Leading Entrepreneurs Organization (The LEO) has evolved because businesses and business networking have been operating on incomplete models.  When we all go into business we generally follow what our competitors do and find ways to improve on their model so that we can become more successful that they are.   Unfortunately, when we look at business models we often overlook what we call the hidden basics, or foundation blocks of business success.

The LEO is introducing better value, and greater knowledge into existing business models.  The LEO expands conventional thinking to include, Why people have difficulty meeting and talking with strangers – “stranger danger” – ; identifying the type of networker you are;  Why one type of networking will suit you when others don't;  What is your businesses single most important asset and why... and looking at a number of processes that will enhance your ability to grow your business and network and communicate far more effectively.

We believe that our processes will enhance the whole industry.

Many organisations have captured a component or two of effective business development and business networking, but have not put all the critical elements together in a programme that will give consistent and measurable results to the end consumer.  The LEO has developed a series of seminars and workshops to deliver to the market place efficient and effective training covering not just the why's, but also the how's, and an operational programme that is fully sustainable.

The implementation of the solutions to the ‘building blocks’ are necessary to the success of business growth and effective networking, as well as personal and business communication.  These cover issues such as personal confidence, effective presentation skills, public speaking and personal organisation.
